Tab functions

Web form tabs are located below the web form’s title. To access the web form content type, a user must have either the role of form editor or form results access.

Only a site owner can assign the form editor role and form result access role. Site owners can remove or change the expiry of both roles once it has been assigned to a user.

Web form roles:

The two roles have different access to the web form tabs.

  • Form editor: ability to create, edit and delete their own and all content in the Web form. They will also be able to view form results/submissions and test the web form.

  • Form results access: ability to view the form results/submissions found in the Results tab.

Note: Site owners with the form editor role can assign granular form results access to further restrict access to form results.
