Getting Logged into Skype for Business
You must use Skype for business not Skype.
This Guide is based on Skype for business on a windows machine and the interface may be different depending on device being used.
Requirements:
Skype for business installed on device
Valid WATIAM username
Skype for business account linked to valid WATIAM user
Overview
This guide will show you how to login to skype for business. This guide was create with a Windows workstation so the images may be inaccurate based on when and what device you are using.
Steps
Start Skype for Business.
Enter your full email in the sign-in address field.
Press enter or click Sign in
You should be prompted for a password- enter your watiam (email/quest/learn etc) password then click Sign in again
You should receive an error click OK to return to the sign in screen – no on the sign in screen you should see a username and password field
In the username field enter your username as nexus\WATIAMUSERNAME
Confirm your password in the password field
Click Sign in – when prompted you can select to save your password if desired.
You should now be logged into skype for Business.
