About this service

Assets is Jira Service Management’s asset and configuration management tool. It gives teams a flexible and dynamic way to track various assets and configuration items, enabling teams to easily link them to service requests, projects, etc. This helps those teams to understand and visualize the critical relationships between their assets and other key dependencies. Notable features include:

  • Link assets directly to issues in Jira

  • Allow employees to select the asset to associate with their request
