Online monthly billing reports

Telecommunications Services billing reports are created each month for each department. These invoices are only available to TS Admin contacts from each department. See the telephone contact list.

The billing reports are stored as PDF files, one file for each month. You will have to authenticate access with your WatIAM credentials.

The charges include:

  1. Equipment from telephone services

  2. Equipment from Bell business lines

  3. Wireless 

  4. Conference calling

  5. Calling cards

  6. Long distance

Any changes in billing information (work order or fund information) should be sent to through IST Request via Jira Service Desk Portal.
