IST manages the wired network on-campus, including management of all wall jacks, cabling, switches, routers, and fibre lines.

How to request this service | For new network cabling or network connection points (e.g. network wall outlets), please submit an IST network repair/installation request form. Please select Wired Network and then select MACs-Cabling. |
Average length of time to complete request | Activation or reconfiguration of office network data ports can be done in one business day. Cabling for new office network data ports can normally be completed within seven business days, though this may vary throughout the year due to fluctuating demand. |
