IST manages the wireless network on-campus, comprised of thousands of access points broadcasting on 802.11a/g/n/ac. The wireless network is expanding and improving all the time.

Who can use this service

  • Students

  • Staff

Support for this service

  • Students can visit an IST Service Desk for assistance troubleshooting wireless connectivity issues.

  • Staff can submit a request to troubleshoot their wireless connectivity. If appropriate, IST will install new access points.

Pricing/cost

There is usually no cost associated with wireless network expansion and maintenance.
