If you have an existing WatIAM identity (e.g. if you are/were a student, alumni, visitor or former employee):
Use the first link provided in the email. You will need to sign in with your current WatIAM username and password.
If you do not have an existing WatIAM identity:

Enrol in the University's two-factor authentication (2FA) service.
The University of Waterloo made it mandatory to use two-factor authentication to ensure more secure access to your account. For more information and setup instructions, please visit the link provided in the email.
"Daily Digest" Emails

You must log into Workday with your WatIAM credentials (username@uwaterloo.ca and password) to compete the onboarding tasks.
If you accidentally created a duplicate account by using the second link when you already have an account before, please contact the IST Service Desk to get those merged.
If you forget the username, you may go to https://watiam.uwaterloo.ca and then use the “Forgotten Username” function to retrieve it.
