Software

Any contract or agreement which includes the purchase of equipment or services with potential to impact University of Waterloo's IT infrastructure must have the prior endorsement of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) before an agreement or contract can be executed (from Procedure 1, Secretariat, University of Waterloo).
