Disconnect a Network Printer

  1. Click the Start button on your taskbar.

  2. Type Control Panel and click the link to that app.

  3. In the window that opens, click View devices and printers under the Hardware and Sound area.

  4. Click Printers & scanners.

  5. Find the printer you wish to disconnect, click it, and choose Remove.
