This page provides instructions on how to change your WatIAM password. This is required for all UWaterloo users.
Additional resources are provided below for users whose email was migrated to M365.

All users

Ensure you are saving your files in OneDrive and not on your local machine. View the When to choose OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint Online guide.

Note about passwords

• Passwords stored in Mac OS Keychains, and Microsoft Credential Manager may need to be updated as well:

  • Clearing cached and saved Windows credentials

  • Clearing cached and saved Mac OS credentials

• Passwords embedded in any scripts/PowerAutomate will need to be updated

For mobile devices

You will need to forget the Eduroam wifi network from saved networks and reconnect with your new credentials. View the Eduroam connection guides .
