If you have forgotten your password for either your voicemail (on your phone) or your online voicemail password (UC application)
- Browse to https://ts-officelinx3.private.uwaterloo.ca/SelfService/ResetVoiceMailPassword
- Type in your @uwaterloo.ca email associated with your voicemail
- Select the password you wish to reset
- Reset Voicemail Password is your voicemail password that you use to access your voicemail over the phone
- Reset UC Application Password is the password to access your voicemail on the client web interface
- Fill in the text box with the characters from the CAPTCHA image
- Click Send a Request
- An email will be sent to you regarding the requested password reset (and for which one, Voicemail or UC Application)
- Click the link in the email to finish the password reset process
- If you delete the email or take no action, your existing password will still be in effect
If it says "No matching record found for this email" please contact us.
