Report Description

This app contains notifications posted by report developers (i.e. Finance) regarding the data within published reports (i.e. issues with data refresh being worked on) or reports themselves (i.e. updates published).

(1) Filters for Notifications

This button takes the viewer to a page showing Users in Finance Systems (with Inactive HR Statuses).

(2) Notification List

This button takes the viewer to a table showing Users specifically in the Concur system (filtered by default to show users with inactive HR statuses).

Click on the Back arrow button on the top left of the page (not shown in the image above) to return to the report.

Notification Information

Open

The notification information page contains information about:

• the (audience) workspace to which the issue or comment relates

• the category of comment

• the date the note was posted

• the reports affected by the comment

• a description of the issue or information being shared

• the name of the poster

• a link to the Confluence site where report information is stored for users

Click on the chevron on the top left of the app to return to the notification list.
