Problem

When using Teams on a web browser a 'Load chunk 5 failed' error appears when the Files tab is selected. This has affected Mac users using Safari and Chrome.

Solution

  1. Open Safari
  2. Open Safari Preferences
  3. Click on the Privacy tab
  4. Uncheck the Prevent cross-site tracking check box
