This information applies when trying to access Teams through a web browser and the error message is "To open the web app, you need to change your browser settings to allow third-party cookies". There are a few solutions:
- Add https://login.onmicrosoft.com as a cookie exceptions to your web browser
- Google Chrome - see article "Allow or block cookies for a specific site"
- Add additional exceptions to https://login.onmicrosoft.com:
- [*.]onmicrosoft.com
- https://[*.]microsoftonline.com
- https://[*.]teams.microsoft.com
- Add additional exceptions to https://login.onmicrosoft.com:

- Google Chrome - see article "Allow or block cookies for a specific site"
2 If your web browser doesn't have the option to add an exception, then you can allow cookies saved by all websites
3. Download the Teams desktop application through Office 365 if you are using a Windows or a Mac. The mobile application is available on Android and iOS.
