If you are a part of a Team in other organizations, this is guide demonstrates how you can access those teams.
Step-by-step guide
After you have accepted the invitation, you should see their ‘organization’ available in Teams (at the top right corner, to the left of your profile)
Select the drop-down arrow beside 'University of Waterloo' and a list of other organizations should be available
It may take a bit of time before you see it added to your Teams client, there seemed to have been delays, in some cases it took a couple of days, and you may need refresh by signing out and then back into Teams.
