Cancel a meeting
- Open the meeting from your calendar by double-clicking on it.
- Click the 'Cancel Meeting' button in the top-right corner.
- Click the 'Send Cancellation' button to notify the attendees.
Change a meeting time or date
- Open the meeting from your calendar by double-clicking on it.
- Modify the date and/ or time.
- Click the 'Send Update' button to notify the attendees.
Invite other people to a meeting
- Open the meeting from your calendar by double-clicking on it.
- Update the attendee list by adding the additional person.
- Click 'Send Update'.
- A new window will appear, requiring you to select between:
- Sending an update to modified attendees only
- Sending an update to everyone
- Make your selection and click 'OK'.
