Medeo Won't Detect Camera & Voice Permissions

Re-allowing Permissions

  1. Open the appointment.

  2. Click this button, the icon may change, but it will always be next to the link in the top.

  1. Click both Delete Data and Reset Permissions.

  2. Close the appointment and re-open it. When you do this, Medeo will ask you to sign in and then the pop-up will ask you to enable the microphone and camera. Enable both.
