I don’t have full editing tools when I edit a PDF file in my browser

  • You may need to click the Sign In button to log in to Adobe Acrobat in your browser

  • Use your Adobe employee ID ( username@uwaterloo.ca  and WatIAM password)

  • Refresh or reopen the PDF file

  • If you don’t see the Sign In button...

  • From the Extensions menu (puzzle icon), select ‘Manage extensions’

  • Select ‘Details’ for the Adobe Acrobat: PDF edit, convert, sign extension

  • Turn on ‘Allow access to file URLs’

  • Refresh or reopen the PDF file

I see a message about the extension requesting additional permissions

  • We advise that you select ‘Deny’

How do I sign out of Adobe Acrobat in my browser?

  • Select your profile icon in the top right corner

  • Select ‘Sign Out’

  • No labels
