Click to expand the operating system you are using: 

 Windows

  1. Install the Citrix Online Plugin:
    Citrix Workspace App 19.12.5000

  2. It will prompt you to save this download

NOTE: Do not add an account when Citrix Workspace asks you.

  1. Once the download has completed, download the Print Client software:
    triCerat ScrewDrivers Client 64-bit v6.6.1

  2. It will prompt you to save this download

  3. Once the download has completed, download the Cloudwerx Plugin
    This installation is a compressed Zip file, you will need to extract the contents of the download by following the instructions below:

    1. Once downloaded, in the lower-left corner, depending on the browser you have it open with, click it and select Show in Folder or Open

    2. It will open the compressed Zip file in File Explorer, click the folder then click Extract All

    3. It will ask where you want to save the extracted files, make sure to check off Show extracted files when complete then click Extract

    4. The extracted file should open, cloudwerx-setup.exe, double-click it to install Cloudwerx

    5. Your computer may prompt you with “Windows protected your PC” - this file is safe, please over-ride this prompt by clicking More Info, then click Run anyway

  4. Once the download has finished you are ready to open Accuro

    This installation will NOT create a desktop shortcut for Accuro, to access Accuro:

    1. Open Chrome

    2. Copy and paste the Citrix Gateway webpage: https://citrix-ca.cloudwerx.com/vpn/index.html 

    3. Bookmark this page by clicking the star next to the link in the address bar – whenever you need to access Accuro click the bookmark

 Mac OS

  1. Install the appropriate Citrix Reciever based on your current version of Mac OS:
    For Mac OS X 10.13 or higher: Citrix Workspace (1912)
    For Mac OS X 10.11, 10.12: Citrix Receiver (12.9.1)
    For Mac OS X 10.9, 10.10: Citrix Receiver (12.5.0)
    For Mac OS X 10.8: Citrix Receiver (12.1.107)
    NOTE: If you do not know the version of Mac OS you have installed, click the Apple main menu in the upper left corner then select About This Mac

  2. Once the download has completed, download the Print Client software:
    triCerat ScrewDrivers Client v6.9.1

  3. Once the download has finished you are ready to open Accuro

  4. This installation will NOT create a desktop shortcut for Accuro, to access Accuro:

    1. Open Chrome

    2. Copy and paste the Citrix Gateway webpage: https://citrix-ca.cloudwerx.com/vpn/index.html

    3. Bookmark this page by clicking the star next to the link in the address bar – whenever you need to access Accuro click the bookmark
