Connecting to a Board Room Display

These steps are similar both in the Outlook Desktop App, and the Office 365 Outlook Web App Online

 Instructions

Hard Wired

  1. Plug the USB cable and the HDMI cable into your Laptop.

  2. Wait for the screen to count down from 5..4..3..2..1.

  3. Your screen will be mirrored on the TV

Wireless

  1. While in the boardroom pull up Microsoft Teams on your laptop.

  2. In the top right hand corner, locate the 3 dots (…) to the left of your picture.

  3. Select “Cast” from dropdown.

     

  4. Select the available boardroom from the list and select Next.

  5. Choose which content you would like to cast, and then select Cast
