Fees arranged extension fees are posted on your account if you are not Fees Arranged by the due dates listed for the term. Due dates are posted on our due dates webpage a year in advance to allow you and your family to plan ahead with sufficient time to avoid a fees arranged extension fee. |

If you see a fees arranged extension fee posted on your account, you can make a bank payment to pay the outstanding balance. You can find step-by-step instructions for making a bank payment here |
My fees weren’t posted until after the due date. How long do I have to avoid a fees arranged extension fee? |
If no fees are posted to your student account until after the due date for the term, you must complete your payment in full or the promissory note process on Quest within 14 calendar days from the date the first fee was posted to avoid a fees arranged extension fee. |
