What are incidental fees?

Incidental fees are non-tuition fees charged to your student account. Some of these fees are compulsory, some are optional, and some are voluntary. You can access more detailed information of these incidental fees by term on our website: Incidental Fees

When are incidental fees charged?

Students are charged fees one term at a time and are due on the due date which is normally prior to the start of term.

·         Fall Term – September to December

·         Winter Term – January to April

·         Spring Term – May to August 

Will my incidental fees change if I make changes to my courses/program/stream?

Incidental fees charged to your student account may change as a result of adding/dropping/swapping courses or changing your program (including co-op to regular, regular to co-op, work term to academic term)
