About this service

A secure, centralized repository for public keys used for Secure Shell authentication.

  • Systems administrators of Linux/Unix systems at the University of Waterloo can configure their OpenSSH servers to use SSHAuthman to authenticate users.

  • Individual employees and students can use the service to self-manage public keys they authorize for authentication.

How to request this service

To access Authman, please log in using your UWaterloo username (up to 8 character) followed by @uwaterloo.ca (i.e. myuserna@uwaterloo) and password at https://authman.uwaterloo.ca/.
