About this service

Two-factor authentication (2FA), powered by Duo Security, adds an extra layer of security to your University accounts. Verifying your identity using a second factor (like your phone or other mobile device) prevents anyone but you from accessing your accounts, even if they know your password.

Pricing/cost	There is no cost to enrol your device(s) using the Duo Mobile App. Employees who do not have a mobile phone or would prefer not to use the Duo Mobile App may request one free token from IST. Students who choose not to use the Duo Mobile App will be required to purchase a token. Token selection criteria is available in the IST Knowledge Base.
