About this service
The Project Management Office (PMO) maintains project and program management methodologies to provide a best practice set of standard tools, templates, and processes suitable to the University's environment. To help ensure the success of your projects, we offer the following:
Consultation on appropriate project and program roles and responsibilities
Skilled professionals to rescue projects or programs in trouble
Specific project/program management advice and/or assistance to Project/Program Managers towards their projects and programs
Experienced Project/Program Manager mentors to projects and programs outside of the PMO
Preplanning collaboration and assistance
Facilitation services for activities such as lessons learned, closure, identifying success criteria, etc.
Recruitment of project and program managers outside of PMO
