About this service
An experienced project manager will conduct interviews and assess key project documentation following your project/program planning phase or during the execution phase to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement. The health check service provides a final report of recommendations, based on best practices, that your project/program team can discuss and choose to implement to mitigate risks and enable success.
