This article explores the various printing options available for students and staff, ensuring everyone can efficiently manage their printing needs. We also highlight how Information Services and Technology (IST) can assist you with different printing-related tasks.

For students:

W Print offers students a fast and easy way to print from anywhere on campus. See the W Print website for more information.

For staff:

Xerox WorkCentre printers/copiers are provided through W Print. For more information, to report an issue, or to request a unit, please contact wprint@uwaterloo.ca.

IST can assist you with the following:

  • Configuring print queues on our centralized print server.

  • Installing printer drivers on your workstation(s).

  • Troubleshooting printing issues.
