Wi-Fi Troubleshooting
Click the globe symbol (represents no internet/Wi-Fi connection).
Right click eduroam, then click Forget.
Click Connect.
The system may then prompt you to enter your uwaterloo email (username@uwaterloo.ca) and password. Enter this, then click OK.
Click Connect.
If the internet still does not connect, shut the computer down and restart it. Then repeat steps one to five.
