Use the Onboarding and Offboarding Databases

You must be Mapped to the Campus Wellness Drive in order to view the databases.

Opening the Databases

  1. Open File Explorer.

  2. Click This PC.

  3. Click the campuswellness$ (R:) drive to open it.

  4. Click Databases.

  5. Double-click on the database you'd like to open.

Adding Records

New and departing employees need to have records in these databases to ensure we complete their onboarding or offboarding tasks.

Onboarding Database

  1. A new record is already created once you open the database and will say beside Record created on the current date.

    • If you have multiple people you want to add, click the New button located in the Records area of the Home tab to create another record (can only click new once you have entered something into the active record) .

  2. To save a record, click the Save button located in the Records area of the Home tab.

  3. Once you have filled in the record and saved it, press the button to notify/update people by email about the new employee.

Offboarding Database

  1. A new record is already created once you open the database.

    • If you have multiple people you want to add, click the New button located in the Records area of the Home tab to create another record (can only click new once you have entered something into the active record).

  2. To save a record, click the Save button located in the Records area of the Home tab.

  3. Once you have filled in the record and saved it, press the button to notify/update people by email about the employee's departure.
