Resetting Your Password as an External Assessor in PebblePad

Purpose

Issue: An external assessor has lost or forgotten the password they set up to access Pebblepad.

An External Assessor's password must be reset using the “Forgot Password” link on the log in screen, it cannot be reset by University of Waterloo admin.

 Step by Step

  • Navigate to the University of Waterloo PebblePad Login Page

  • Choose ‘I have a guest account for PebblePad’

  • Click 'Forgot Password?'

  • Enter your user name (matches the email address that was used by the student to notify you), and click Reset

    Reset Password page
  • When you click the link in the email, you will be directed to a page to reset your password

  • When your password has been successfully reset, you will receive a confirmation email
