Sharing with an External Assessor in PebblePad

Step 1: Click, I want to…

Step 2: Click, Share

Step 3: Click, With an external assessor

Open

Step 4: Search for your external assessor using the search bar.

Step 5: If the external assessor is found by their email, select that external assessor, and move to Step 8

Step 6: If the external assessor is not found by their email, click, Add a new external

Step 7: Fill out the external assessor’s information and click, Create

Step 8: Click, Share asset

Open

Step 9: The external assessor will automatically receive 2 emails in short succession from PebblePad. The first email will have their username information and a link to set up their password. The second email will contain a link to view your shared work.

If the external assessor lost the email to set their password or forgot their password, when they attempt to log in using the link to your work emailed to them or the instructions found here, https://uwaterloo.ca/learn-help/pebblepad-eportfolio/external-assessor-login-instructions , they can use the “Forgot Password” option on the log in page to reset their password.
