 Problem

How to active your Adobe Creative Cloud suite package after purchase.

 Solution

Adobe automatically sends email shortly after purchase is processed, typically next day.

  1. To access your subscription:

    1. login to Creative Cloud (https://creativecloud.adobe.com/ )

    2. enter your 8-character UWaterloo username @uwaterloo.ca

  2. Select the Company or School Account


     

  3. Enter your UWaterloo password, click Sign in, and authenticate with DUO 2-factor authentication.
