 HS International Students E-mail (O365 account)
  1. Open Outlook 365.
  2. Click File.
  3. Click Account Settings and then Account Settings again.
  4. Click Change.
  5. Click More Settings.
  6. Switch to the Advanced tab.
  7. Click Add.
  8. In the Add Mailbox field, enter hs.international.students and click OK.
  9. Click OK.
  10. Close and re-open Outlook. You should see the account on the left side of your Outlook display. You will need to click the > arrow beside the email address to expand/collapse the folders.
 HS Forms E-mail (Connect account)
  1. Open Outlook 365.
  2. Click File.
  3. Underneath your Account Information click Add Account.
  4. Enter hsforms@uwaterloo.ca in the Email address field and click Connect.
  5. Click Exchange.
  6. Click More Choices and then Use a different account.
  7. In the User name field enter Nexus\username then enter the corresponding password; be sure to check the Remember my credentials box.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Finish.
  10. Close and re-open Outlook. You should see the account on the left side of your Outlook display. You will need to click the > arrow beside the email address to expand/collapse the folders.

All Others

  1. Open Outlook 365.
  2. Click File.
  3. Underneath your Account Information click Add Account.


     
  4. Enter in the email you want to add and click Connect.


     
  5. Click Exchange.


     
  6. Click More Choices and then Use a different account.


     
  7. In the User name field enter Nexus\username then enter the corresponding password; be sure to check the Remember my credentials box.


     
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Finish.
