Problem

When using Microsoft Teams on a web browser a 'Load chunk 5 failed' error appears , the following error may appear when the Files tab is selected: Loading chunk 5 failed. This has affected Mac users problem affects Mac devices when using Safari and Google Chrome web browsers.
