After you have accepted the invitation to join the another organization, you should see their ‘organization’ available in Teams (at the organization’s name listed on the top right corner , of your screen (to the left of your profile).
Select the drop-down arrow beside 'University of Waterloo ' and a list of other organizations should be available

From this list, select the organization you would like to switch to

some time before you see

the organization(s) added to your Microsoft Teams client

. In some cases, you may need to refresh by signing out of Teams and then signing back
