Image gallery
The Image gallery block displays a group of images in a slider or grid format. In the slider format, one to four images will display at a time and users can use the navigation buttons located below the block to browse through the images. In a grid format, all images will display at once.
Create an Image gallery
From the administration bar, select Workbench, and then select My Dashboard.
Navigate to the Content list panel and select the content you would like to edit.
Select the Layout tab.
Select +Add section if applicable, then select +Add block.
Under Content, select Image gallery.
Enter a Title. Select whether you want it displayed by checking/unchecking the Display title box. The Title will appear as a Block heading if Display title is selected.
Select the type of image gallery from the Type of gallery: drop-down menu. The slider type allows users to browse through the images in a carousel format, whereas the grid type displays all the images at once.
If you are utilizing the slider type, select the number of images to be displayed at once from the Number of images to display: drop-down menu.
If you are utilizing the slider type, select the photo navigation options from the Navigation options: drop-down menu.
Select Add media.
To use existing images:
Find and select the desired images, then select Insert selected. You may also search for the name or alternative text of a desired existing image.
To add a new image:
Select Browse and choose an image from your computer.
Enter a Name and Alternative text.
If desired, Crop image and/or add a Caption.
Select Save.
Select Insert selected.
Select Add block (Or Update if it’s a pre-existing Image gallery block).
Select Save layout.
