How do I unenroll my dependant from UHIP?

If your dependants are with you while you study at University of Waterloo, they must be enrolled in the UHIP. To remove a dependent from your UHIP plan contact The Centre.

If you are removing a dependent because they are now eligible for OHIP please provide proof of OHIP coverage. Questions related to UHIP can be directed to Student Financial Services.
