Meeting room with approval required
New bookings are sent to a booking delegate
Booking delegate can accept or decline the meeting
Meetings are tentatively accepted if no conflicts
If you are unsure of who the booking delegate or room owner is, contact the department/faculty administrator.
Setup by IT staff (Exchange admin center)
Initial setup must be done by IST
Configure Booking Delegate in room settings
Resource scheduling (in Outlook Web App)
All Scheduling Options are left at default values
List to automatically schedule is set to "Select users and groups" with an empty list
List of those who can request approval is set to Everyone
List of those who can request approval is set to "Select users and groups" with an empty list
Calendar permissions
Resource delegates are automatically given Editor permission to the calendar folder of the resource
