This is in place to add exchange courses that the records area has requested of scheduling.

Exchange courses are always added with a cap of 1 as the records area can always overcap the section.

The campus and location are always “OFF EXCHANGE”.

There’s no change to consent unless specified.

should be the default primary course component, remember to remove any extra components that are added in the adjust class associations Quest page.

There should be no reserves, unless they have specifically asked for.
