It is possible to send emails to many recipients (e.g., to the entire department or division) by using the Bulk Email App.

  1. Open the Campus Wellness SharePoint home page (https://uofwaterloo.sharepoint.com/sites/CampusWellness/SitePages/Index.aspx )

  1. Locate the Bulk Email App tab under ‘Information for All Staff’. (Only certain members of staff have access to the App, to request access submit a ticket to the Tech Team. (https://uwaterloo.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/118)

  2. Follow the instructions found in the App.
