How to Input your user code in the Ricoh printer
This task only needs to be completed once for each printer you use. If you do not include a user code the job will delete without letting you know.
1. Search for control and then select Control Panel.
2. Under Hardware and Sound select View devices and printers.
Right-click the printer icon you will use and then click Printer Properties.
4. Once the printer preferences open select Detailed Settings.
Select Job Setup and then enter your four-digit user code under User Code:
Click on Apply and then OK to close the window.
