Atlassian Mobile Apps

Atlassian offers a mobile app for Jira and Confluence. The app is available for iOS and Android for phones and tablets.

These apps are useful tools for doing your work on the go. Notably, not all features available in the web browser version of the products are available in the mobile apps.

IST’s Atlassian support does not have administrative capabilities in the mobile applications. Any support requests will be triaged to Atlassian.

Jira App

Teams using Jira and Jira Service Management can download the application to take their work on the go. Learn more about the Jira mobile app.

Unavailable features

• Jira Service Management forms cannot be viewed

• Jira Service Management customer portals are not available
