Address book lookups (LDAP)

If you're connecting from on campus, your mail client can probably use the University's online email address lookup system. To do this, you need to configure your mail client, and you need to know the following:

Hostnameuwldap.uwaterloo.ca
Search Base DNdc=uwaterloo,dc=ca
Search ScopeSubtree
Search Filter(&(objectclass=person)(objectClass=inetLocalMailRecipient))
Port number636
Authentication / Bind DN(None -- leave this blank)
Use secure connection (SSL)True.

Not all values will necessarily be available to you.
