About this service

Teams live events is an extension of Teams meetings, enabling users to broadcast video and meeting content to a large online audience. Live events are meant for one-to-many communications where the host of the event is leading the interactions and audience participation is primarily to view the content shared by host.

Staff seeking IT support, IT Support Staff

How to request this service

Submit a request - Select MS Teams Live Event Request under “Please select the topic you require assistance with”.

Support for this service

IST Client Services staff can be available to support a Teams Live Event upon request. Due to limited support resources, event organizers are encouraged attend a training session to learn how to use Teams Live Events.
