Task Description

The air manifold (MR22-SC-A0040) must be assembled.


Task Breakdown

  • Fabricate all parts required for air manifold
  • Design adapter plate to mount blower fan on air manifold
  • Print adapter plate
  • Update CAD to include adapter plate and new fastening hardware
  • Order new fasteners from EMS
  • Assemble air manifold

    • A few weeks ago it was found that the fan model used in CAD does not reflect the physical fan

    • It was decided that an adapter plate would be designed and printed to connect the air manifold to the fan

    • New fan adapter plate was printed.

    • Currently adding fastening hardware in CAD, will pull fasteners from EMS and order them after CAD changes are pushed and reviewed

    • Updated manifold assembly CAD with the correct fan model, the adapter plate, the fasteners and pushed it
