Task Description

  • Clean and consolidate the fastener wall cabinets per the standard components in the cleaned PDM.

  • Arrange other cabinets to accommodate the other common components, including bearings, stand-off, etc.

  • All the components stored in the cabinets must be standardized.

Task Breakdown

  • Look into the common components in the cleaned CAD
  • Investigate the common components in the vendors' store page (vendors including McMaster-Carr, EMS, etc.)
  • List all the common components to be stored
  • Create and propose a layout of the cabinets as to what will be stored where
  • Clean and arrange the cabinets according to the created layout

Prerequisites

  • CADs in PDM are cleaned (…link…)
