How to create a surplus bin
Click on the Surplus drown down menu and click it.
In the Description box, type in ACO, YEAR, and the number of the bin with a dash in front of it. For example, ACO2021-1.
Once you have filled out the description box, click Create Bin:

→ A notice will appear that says, “Successfully create a new surplus bin.” You will now see your created bin added to the existing list of bins below.
