This guide shows you how to @mention someone when you want to grab a team member's attentionMentions (often known as @mentions) are an easy way of drawing someone's attention to a page or comment. This article describes how to @mention (i.e. tag) someone in a ticket. When you mention a user, they'll receive a notification by email.
