If you are trying to connect from off-campus, you must first connect to the virtual private network (VPN).
Open File Explorer and select This PC on the left panel.
Click the Computer tab at the top, then select Map network drive.
Select the three dots ⋅⋅⋅ in the toolbar, which is located near the top of the File Explorer window. Click on Map network drive in the dropdown.
A new window will pop up. For Drive, select the drive letter R: when trying to connect to your R: drive in the dropdown.
