Step-by-step guide:

1. Login to uwaterloo.webex.com.

2. Select “My Recordings” from the left panel of the screen.

3. Click on the download icon at the right side of the title of recording you’d like to download.

5. The .vtt file is separate from the .MP4 file and contains the text transcript of your video. You will need this file to maintain the transcript in your video.

6. The .MP4 video file and the .VTT transcript file will be stored on your computer in your File Explorer’s “Downloads” section.

To Save downloaded recordings To OneDrive:

1. Log in to your Microsoft 365 (M365) account by going to office.com using your 8-character UWaterloo username @uwaterloo.ca (e.g. myuserna@uwaterloo.ca) and password.

3. Choose the correct file from your file explorer and Double Click the title to upload it to OneDrive.

4. Using the search bar at the top of the page, type the title of your uploaded file to confirm it was downloaded to OneDrive.
